Meet Tate Workman, Owner Of Pristine Soft Wash

Tate grew up in a family business and learned early that the name on the side of the truck means something. After a decade in the exterior cleaning industry, he launched Pristine Soft Wash to bring a different kind of service to West Michigan homeowners. Today he lives in the Grand Rapids area with his wife and kids, spends his free time on the golf course, and answers the phone himself every time it rings.

The techniques Tate uses now are not the ones he started with. Soft washing chemistry, commercial equipment, and the methods approved by roofing manufacturers have all evolved over the last ten years. Tate has evolved with them. He tests new cleaning solutions on his own home first, refines the spray patterns for West Michigan humidity, and trains every crew member to the same standard he works at himself.
